Ginger Tree, the retail clearance sector of Voyager Distributing Co. implemented the RMCS POS system in to our 6 sites in October 2018. Prior to this time, our stores utilised an old-fashion cash register and un-integrated EFTPOS terminal.

The process of us assessing and deciding on the ‘right’ POS for Ginger Tree was both lengthy and extensive and after completing this process we felt extremely comfortable with the level of information we would gain, the support we would receive and the suitability to our business needs provided by the RMCS system.

Prior to the introduction of the POS system, Ginger Tree was solely reliant on staff communication as a way of gaining insight in to how our business was performing, stock on hand and our customer spending habits. The implementation of the RMCS system and the reporting knowledge we have gained has proved invaluable in allowing for our future planning.

The assistance received from RMCS in guiding us through the initial set up of our system, then in the training of our store staff, right through to full implementation has been wonderful.

On a support level the RMCS team to date have provided efficient and reliable assistance always in a smooth, timely manner to ensure our day-to-day operation remains online.
