Beach Club Clothing implemented the RMCS system in July 2013 in 14 of our Beach Club stores. This has been a wonderful transformation for our business, as we now have full clarity on what product is in our business and what is selling in each location.

This whole process has been simple and painless from beginning to end. RMCS have provided fantastic support when required in a very friendly, efficient manner.

Our store teams consist predominantly of women aged 40 plus, some of which didn’t know how to turn on a computer at the beginning of our journey. The transformation of these women has been fantastic to watch, as they have grown in confidence, not only with the computer system, but also within themselves. I now have managers emailing me, (email didn’t exist in stores pre July 2013) and reeling off facts and figures from reports they have found. The POS system is very intuitive and new team members learn to use it very quickly. It offers everything a retail business requires, from sales through to laybys, gift vouchers etc.

I am particularly impressed with the customer database which has allowed us to implement a fabulous program which has been very beneficial for our business with reporting being very efficient. We use this database to communicate to our customers via email and the reward system.

Feedback from customers has also been wonderful, during busy times there are little or no queues, and looking up stock on hand is a breeze, which makes for greater customer satisfaction.

I would personally recommend this system to any business about to take the next step with technology.
